The secret to singing this is to forget about the falsetto section. The highest note is an F, no falsetto needed!! It works perfectly this way. Typical arrangement by yours truly, some nice pushes included, small chord voicing changes to make it a bit different. This is a great ballad for a great soul vocal.

The original vocal is by far and away the very best version, in my muso opinion - beautifully controlled and pure vocal and wonderful intonation and sincere quality - check it out, because i guarantee you'll get goosebumps.
I've included 2 demos to let you hear how my arrangement builds and why it's a more vocal based arrangement than the other versions you may find. They will all have long instrumental sections - mine's has a very short 4 bar break. This one hit wonder with the corny lyrics is an instantly likeable tune. Scored a massive hit for Fat Larry's Band! Given a twist in a Realtrak arrangement with some classy changes added. I lowered the key to a more managable range!
