Wonderful 80's sounding arrangement of the classic Stylistics 70's hit, one of my very favourite songs actually.
The secret to singing this is to forget about the falsetto section. The highest note is an F, no falsetto needed!! It works perfectly this way. Typical arrangement by yours truly, some nice pushes included, small chord voicing changes to make it a bit different. This is a great ballad for a great soul vocal.

Superb arrangement of this hugely popular ballad, written by Norwegian-Irish duo Secret Garden.The original version is not by Josh Groban as "Google" would have you believe, the male singer on the original version is the incredible Brian Kennedy and it was only a very minor hit. The original vocal is by far and away the very best version, in my muso opinion - beautifully controlled and pure vocal and wonderful intonation and sincere quality - check it out, because i guarantee you'll get goosebumps.
I've included 2 demos to let you hear how my arrangement builds and why it's a more vocal based arrangement than the other versions you may find. They will all have long instrumental sections - mine's has a very short 4 bar break. So DEMO 1 above shows how the track starts and DEMO 2 below shows how the track evolves and builds leading into the key change. I'm a humble guy and it's wonderful!
