Great soul song that scored hits for The Stylistics and a duet with Diana Ross & Marvin Gaye as well as being covered by such monster vocalists as Michael McDonald. It has a huge range but can be done as a solo vocal but you'll have to alter the chorus a bit, but it works fine. It's a favourite too with smooth jazz instrumentalists.
